Adair, Horne & Associates, Inc. was formed to provide multi line independent claims handling, catastrophe services and third party administrative needs. A H & A strive to maintain a solid day to day claims and TPA service while also servicing the catastrophe niche when and where needed, without sacrificing quality day to day service.

A H & A wants to provide quality claims handling to grow the company in a fashion befitting the current client base, while looking to assemble a sound, knowledgeable staff to maintain the ability to stay in the forefront of the industry.

A H & A works to produce a consistent, uniform product from all of our service locations, driven by the clients' goals and to maintain long lasting relationships that are built on trust and reliability. With this in mind, A H & A hopes to achieve success as their objectives are met and their need for services allows A H & A to expand.

A H & A has a combined 48 years in the insurance industry. Adair & Horne have worked all aspects of the independent market. The worked as competitors, in both the independent day to day business and the catastrophe market. Adair & Horne have also shared experience as field adjusters, in catastrophe management, employer/employee responsibilities and executive level commitments throughout their careers.

Adair & Horne agree that loyalty, principals, hard work and good ethics should drive the company. Neither have ever stopped handling files. New adjusters are always advised by Adair & Horne to "keep your hands in the files". A H & A believe this shared philosophy will produce a work force that will help achieve a strong company for many years to come.
